SIMALFA 309

SIMALFA 309 is a one-component water-based, pressure-sensitive, solvent-free, high-performance, fast-drying adhesive that can be used in a wide variety of applications. While primarily designed for use with foams, fibers, and fabrics, it bonds instantly to many different materials, including wood and plastic.  The adhesive has excellent liquid adhesive property and high flexibility as well as good heat resistance when applied accordingly to one or both sides of the materials with a special low pressure spray gun.

• Application amount: about 60 – 150 g / m2.
• Open time: about 15 minutes.
• Final adhesion: approx. 1 – 24 hours, depending on the material.
• Shelf life: at temperatures + 5 ° C… + 40 ° C, in closed original packaging 6 months.
• Cleaning: Water (ALFA Cleaner).
